1. THE SERVICE

Orion provides a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that analyzes how brands and domains appear in AI assistants and generative search environments. Our services include visibility scoring, sentiment analysis, and optimization recommendations.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • You must provide accurate information (Name, Email) during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at ivica@useorion.ai regarding any unauthorized use of your account.

3. MEDICAL & FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER

  • Not Professional Advice: Orion provides software analytics. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • No Fund Management: Orion does not hold, move, or manage client funds.

4. FAIR USE AND ANALYSIS LIMITS

To ensure optimal performance for all users, your use of Orion is subject to fair use limits:

  • Query Limits: Each subscription tier has a specific limit on the number of domain analyses or "GEO scans" performed per month.
  • Prohibited Behavior: You may not use the Service to perform bulk analyses for third parties unless explicitly permitted by an Agency/Enterprise plan.
  • System Integrity: We reserve the right to temporarily throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit usage patterns significantly higher than the average for their tier, which may indicate automated abuse.

5. API AND AUTOMATED ACCESS

  • No Unauthorized Scraping: You are strictly prohibited from using "bots," "spiders," or other automated scraping tools to extract data, scores, or recommendations from the Orion dashboard.
  • Authorized API Use: If you are granted access to the Orion API, you must comply with the technical documentation and rate limits provided. You may not resell API access to third parties.
  • Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary GEO scoring methodology or "decompile" the logic used to generate recommendations.

6. GEO RECOMMENDATIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Probabilistic Nature of AI: You acknowledge that generative AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) are non-deterministic. Their outputs change frequently. Orion's scores are a "snapshot" based on data available at the time of analysis.
  • No Guarantee: Orion does not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or "brand mentions" within third-party AI models.
  • Third-Party Changes: We are not liable for changes in third-party AI platforms that may affect the visibility of your domain or our ability to retrieve data.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The Platform: The Service, its interface, and its proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of Intelligent Product Artisans OÜ.
  • Reports: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the generated reports for your internal business strategy or to share with your direct clients (if on an Agency plan).

8. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible via your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted to hi@oriongeo.ai within 7 days of the initial charge. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Pro-rata Refunds: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
  • Service Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the Service, please contact support immediately so we can resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service or the Company's interests.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.

12. DATA PROCESSING

To the extent that Orion processes any Personal Data on your behalf in the provision of the Service, the terms of the Orion Data Processing Agreement (DPA), are hereby incorporated by reference and shall apply to such processing. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of the DPA.
